Headwaters programs consist of both outdoor and indoor “learning adventures”. They are based on engaging themes and intriguing story lines, that provide leaders and teams with an opportunity to take risks in a safe environment, observe themselves in challenging scenarios, overcome obstacles and identify teachable moments to leverage learning back to the workplace in very practical ways.
