Simplifying Complexity

Discover Your Self explores who you are at your core … the core from which your values flow. The origin of your value to your organization and the source of the decisions you make when faced with unknown situations. Constructing your core identity (attributes, traits and characteristics) helps you to expose barriers that might be in your way and see your true potential. Discover Your Self helps reinforce what you offer to yourself and your workplace.

Serious Play Primer

A workshop introducing the concept of Serious Play and how you can construct new ideas and new worlds, enhance communication and social bonding at work, create an atmosphere of increased insight, confidence and commitment. Bring ideas to life in more detail and generate a wider range of possibilities by constructing, giving meaning and making the story using LEGO bricks. People that use this approach are more engaged, more passionate and better performers.
